Introduced in 2012 for the Royal Oak's 40th anniversary, the Royal Oak Ultra Thin Tourbillon Openworked was limited to 40 pieces. It combines the iconic Royal Oak design with a refined hand-wound, skeletonized tourbillon movement. Later, in 2016, a yellow gold version came out.
