These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to WatchDataHub at https://watchdatahub.com (the "Service"), including browsing without an account, creating an account, using live chat, and sending email to us. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

WatchDataHub is a professional watch information database. Content is for informational purposes only. We do not sell watches, we are not a dealer, and nothing on the Service is financial, investment, or purchase advice. Specifications, prices, images, and availability can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify anything important with the manufacturer or an authorized retailer before you buy or service a watch.
Catalog data and images may be aggregated from manufacturers and other public sources. Brand names, model names, and logos remain the property of their owners. We may change, correct, or remove content at any time.
Some features (such as favorites) require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including Google sign-in. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive or unlawful.

If you send error reports, chat messages, or email, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that material to operate and improve the Service (for example, to correct a specification). Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive secrets.
Support is available at support@watchdatahub.com and through the Crisp chat widget on public pages. Chat is provided by a third party (Crisp) as described in the Privacy Policy. We try to reply in a reasonable time but do not guarantee availability or response time.
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, and live chat. Details are in the Privacy Policy. Disabling cookies may prevent you from staying signed in.
The WatchDataHub name, site design, and original compilation of the database (excluding third-party trademarks and manufacturer materials) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the Service as a competing database without permission.
Links, chat, sign-in, images, and hosting involve third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of Google sign-in or Crisp chat is also subject to those providers' terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the site is free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatchDataHub and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on catalog information—including purchase or service decisions. If a court finds us liable despite this section, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (currently the Service is free) or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50).
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete an account, email support@watchdatahub.com. We may stop providing the Service or any feature without notice. Upon termination, the license to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) remain in effect.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place from which we operate the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
