Debuting between 1968 and 1969, the 'Big Case' Chronomat was among the first watches to utilize the Chronomatic movement, starting with caliber 11 before transitioning to caliber 12. Alongside the 818, it represents one of the earliest Breitling references to include a geared bezel.
