Debuting in 2007, the Cartier Ballon Bleu collection is defined by its rounded, pebble-inspired case and a signature recessed crown that creates a distinct indentation in the dial. Following the 2011 launch of the 46mm Extra Flat and the 2015 SIHH debut of the 40mm version, the 46mm white gold reference HPI00586 incorporates a hand-wound caliber 9452MC with a flying tourbillon. This model is adorned with 114 baguette-cut diamonds on the case (4.80 carats) and 120 baguette-cut diamonds on the dial (2.52 carats).
