The Calibre de Cartier, released in 2010, was the first mass-produced timepiece from the brand to utilize an in-house movement, previously a rarity in their catalog. The design blends a modern round silhouette with traditional Roman numerals and sword-shaped hands, evolving through 2011 with bracelets, 2012 with chronographs, and 2015 with a 38mm option. Reference W7100018 is designed with a pink gold case, silver dial, and a three-link pink gold bracelet.
