The reference IW3751-04 is a 39mm platinum watch with a silver dial, released in 1995 as a limited edition of 500 pieces to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Da Vinci Perpetual Calendar. It combines a chronograph, perpetual calendar, and split-seconds complication. This model was later superseded by the 41.5mm reference 3754 starting in 2000.
