Introduced in 1995 for the 10th anniversary of the Da Vinci Perpetual Calendar, this model incorporates a split-seconds mechanism and a 10th hand into its 39mm frame. Produced in platinum or yellow gold with various strap and diamond-set options, the platinum variant was limited to 500 pieces, with the 41.5mm reference 3754 serving as its 2000 successor. Reference IW8154-03 features a diamond-set case and a silver dial.
