Marking the 10th anniversary of the Da Vinci Perpetual Calendar in 1995, this split-seconds chronograph adds a 10th hand to the dial while maintaining a 39mm case diameter. The collection was offered in platinum or yellow gold with various bracelet and diamond-set choices, with the platinum version limited to 500 total pieces prior to the 2000 introduction of the 41.5mm reference 3754. Reference IW8154-04 features a diamond-set case and a silver dial.
