Released in 1995 for the 10th anniversary of the Da Vinci Perpetual Calendar, this model adds a split-seconds mechanism and a tenth hand to the dial while keeping the case at 39mm. The collection included platinum and yellow gold versions with various diamond-set choices and dial languages, eventually being succeeded by the 41.5mm 3754 / 9272 models. Reference IW9257-03 features a diamond-set yellow gold case, a silver dial, and a matching yellow gold bracelet.
