Manufactured between approximately 1996 and 2005, the IWC Pilot's Watch Doppelchronograph ref. 3713 represents the brand's second pilot model to feature a split-second chronograph. Offered in platinum, yellow gold, or stainless steel with diverse dial and multilingual day-disc options, the stainless steel model could be paired with a bracelet or strap, while five platinum examples were produced on bracelets. Following 2003, the 3713 was sold solely with Spitfire-style dials; reference IW3713-06 features a stainless steel case and black dial.
