Produced from roughly 1996 to 2005, the IWC Pilot's Watch Doppelchronograph ref. 3713 was the second pilot model from IWC to incorporate a split-second chronograph. Available in stainless steel, yellow gold, or platinum with various dial and day-disc configurations, the steel version offered strap or bracelet choices, while the platinum version saw only five bracelet-equipped pieces. After 2003, the 3713 exclusively featured Spitfire-style dials; reference IW3713-19 is presented with a stainless steel case and a black dial.
