Produced from roughly 1996 to 2005, the IWC Pilot's Watch Doppelchronograph ref. 3713 was the second pilot's watch from IWC to include a split-second chronograph. It was crafted in stainless steel, platinum, or yellow gold, featuring various dial designs and day-discs in multiple languages. The steel model was sold with a bracelet or strap, and five platinum pieces were made with a bracelet; post-2003, production shifted exclusively to Spitfire-style dials. Reference IW3713-25 is equipped with a stainless steel case and a black dial.
