The IWC Pilot's Watch Doppelchronograph ref. 3713, made from about 1996 until 2005, was the second pilot model by IWC to incorporate a split-second chronograph. Available in platinum, yellow gold, or stainless steel, it featured an array of dials and multilingual day-discs. The steel version offered both strap and bracelet options, while five platinum examples were bracelet-equipped; from 2003, only Spitfire-style dials were utilized. Reference IW3713-26 features a black dial and a stainless steel case.
