The IWC Pilot's Watch Doppelchronograph ref. 3713, manufactured from approximately 1996 to 2005, was the second pilot's watch to incorporate a split-second chronograph. Available in stainless steel, yellow gold, or platinum with various dial options and multilingual day-discs, the model adopted Spitfire-style dials starting in 2003. Reference IW3713-50 includes a silver 'Spitfire' dial and a stainless steel case.
