Debuting in 1939, the reference 325 'Portugieser' reportedly originated from a request by two Portuguese merchants for a large, chronometer-accurate timepiece. Featuring a 41.5mm model 228 case, it utilized various movements: caliber 74 (1939-1951, 304 units), caliber 98 (1944-1970, 329 units), and the caliber 982 'German Edition' (1977-1981, 57 units). While the silver dial with Arabic numerals and feuille hands remains the classic aesthetic, many other configurations exist. Limited to 690 pieces.
