The 2003 IWC Portugieser Perpetual Calendar 5021 integrated a 7-day self-winding movement with a perpetual calendar module adapted from the 1985 Da Vinci. Its 44.2mm frame includes front and back sapphire glass and a 'Double Moon' moonphase indicator. The 5021-05 version, featuring a pale yellow gold case and silver dial, was powered by the 50611 (2003–2005), 51612 (2005–2007), and 51614 (2007–2008) calibres.
