The Weems watch featured a rotating inner seconds scale to synchronize with radio time signals (more accurate at the time), while the Lindbergh added intricate dial and bezel markings to compute the hour angle for longitude determination. The current Lindbergh Hour Angle is a tribute to that classic pilot's watch, with a case and dial closely matching the original, including its size.
