The Longines Column-Wheel Chronograph's design focuses on classic, refined lines reminiscent of the brand's 20th-century successes. Its self-winding L688.2 calibre, with 27 jewels and dimensions of 30 mm by 7.90 mm, is visible through the transparent caseback and uses a column wheel to control the chronograph. Encased in stainless steel (39 mm), it has a silvered dial with a rose Arabic '12' and eight applied rose hour markers, displaying hours, minutes, small seconds at 9, date, and chronograph functions including a sweep seconds hand, 30-minute counter at 3, and 12-hour counter at 6, on a dark brown alligator strap, with 3-bar water resistance.
