Longines' Column-Wheel chronograph uses classic, refined forms reminiscent of its 20th-century milestones. The 39 cm stainless steel or rose gold case houses the L688.2 calibre, with its mechanics exposed via the transparent sapphire caseback. Rose dauphine hands indicate the time on a silvered or black dial with eight rose hour symbols; it also has a date, small seconds at 9 o'clock, a dragging 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, and a dragging 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock. Steel versions come in 41 mm, and the strap is brown or black alligator.
