The Longines Heritage 1973 is based on a 1973 model, with a 40mm cushion-shaped steel case containing the exclusive L688 calibre. The black dial includes a date aperture between 4 and 5 o'clock, a 12-hour counter at 6, and two silvered counters (30-minute at 3, small seconds at 9). It has 9 applied hour markers with black lines and Super-LumiNova dots, a minute circle of fine black lines, a blue tachymetric scale, and a black alligator strap.
