Debuting in 2026 in Longines' HydroConquest collection of contemporary dive watches made for professional water resistance and everyday durability, the L3.779.4.96.6 adopts the dial layout and finishing changes introduced with the 2024 GMT. The round stainless steel case has a screw-in crown and a unidirectional rotating bezel with a ceramic insert, offers 30 bar water resistance, and is fitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with multiple anti-reflective coatings on both sides. The polished blue lacquered dial, free of Arabic numerals, carries applied indexes, silvered polished hands, and a date; powered by the self-winding mechanical L888 calibre (25,200 vph, monocrystalline silicon balance spring, 72-hour reserve) that drives hours, minutes, seconds, and date, the watch is on a steel bracelet secured by a double security folding clasp with micro-adjustment.
