Introduced in 2020, the Longines Spirit line of aviation-inspired chronometers revived the Spirit name after the cushion-shaped Spirit was discontinued more than ten years earlier. The 2020 Spirit comes in time+date (40 or 42mm) or chronograph+date (42mm) versions, each with a stainless steel case and oversized Arabic numeral dials. Ref. L3.811.4.53.9 has a 42.00mm case and a black dial, and as part of the Prestige Editions, it includes two straps plus the stainless steel bracelet.
