The Speedmaster 'First Omega in Space' is a numbered (but not limited) edition powered by the hand-wound caliber 1861, inspired by the watch Wally Shirra wore during the 1962 Sigma 7 orbit. It has a case without the signature sweeping lugs and protected pushers/crown, a sapphire crystal, a closed caseback, and a 19 mm leather strap with pin buckle (reference 31132403001001; compatible bracelets include 020ST1125560 and 020ST1565976).
