The Omega Speedmaster Alaska Project (ref. 311.32.42.30.04.001), introduced in 2008, is a limited edition of 1,970 pieces commemorating the original Alaska Project prototype. It has a bright white dial with special hands for the minute and hour counter. It came with a red anodized aluminum protective casing, a Velcro strap, and a stainless steel bracelet, limited to 1,970 units.
