Omega Speedmaster Professional ref. 3873.50.31 is known as the 'Sapphire Sandwich' because it has sapphire glasses on both front and back. Produced from 2002 to 2015, it is similar to ref. 3573.50.00 but the latter comes on a stainless steel bracelet.
