The ref. ST 345.089 (3361B) is the first Speedmaster equipped with the moonphase caliber 866. Though not officially limited, production is believed to be under 1300 pieces, and its subtle differences from the post-2003 regular Moonphase, combined with low numbers, make it a collector favorite.
