The Luminor 1950 PAMXXXX is also part of Panerai's 2016 'Big Five' collaboration with Purdey, the luxury gun engraver within the Richemont group. The collaboration began in 2002 with a Sealand for Purdey based on the traditional Luminor, while this piece uses the Luminor 1950 case with a more curvaceous shape and the in-house caliber P.9000. As with the Sealand series, an elaborately engraved lid hides the dial, here showing an African XXX; it is limited to 80 units.
