The Panerai Luminor Sealand 'Year of the Ox' starts a series of Panerai models dedicated to the Chinese zodiac. Similar to the Purdey pieces, but with Italian craftsmen doing the artwork, the engraving is filled with gold wire hammered to achieve the effect. Released in 2009 for the Chinese year of the ox, it is limited to 12 units.
