The 38.6 mm white gold case contains the ultra-thin self-winding caliber 240 and a hinged dust cover over the sapphire-crystal back reading 'PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVE 175e Anniversaire 1839-2014'. This limited edition of 40 pieces is provided without the commemorative coin, deployant clasp, or anniversary box.
