Created for the 2023 Patek Philippe Tokyo exhibition, the 5089G-124 and 5089G-125 were each limited to five pieces with designs inspired by tsuba sword guards. The dials feature hand-engraved relief motifs of birds, flowers, and branches over a piqué background, finished with rhodium or gold plating. The bezel displays the signature Clous de Paris hobnail pattern, while the Dauphine hands include a pierced fillet detail. A central relief element mimics the opening of a tsuba.
