Created for the 2023 Tokyo exhibition, the Calatrava 5089G-124 and 5089G-125 are limited to five pieces each, featuring dials inspired by tsuba sword guards. The relief-engraved motifs of birds, flowers, and branches are set against a brown-tinted piqué background, with electroplating used to enhance the contrast. The design incorporates a central relief motif mimicking a tsuba opening, sword-like pierced Dauphine hands, and a bezel adorned with the signature Clous de Paris hobnail pattern.
