The 5204/1R-010 is a rare version of the 5204/1R featuring a blue PVD dial and a 40mm rose gold case with a matching bracelet. Replacing the Lemania-based 5004 in 2012, this model was the first to house the in-house manual CHR 29-535 PS Q movement. The watch offers a perpetual calendar with moon phase, day/night indicator, and a split-seconds chronograph.
