The Patek Philippe 992/166R is a unique pocket watch released in 2015 to commemorate the manufacturer's 175th anniversary. Its yellow gold case is decorated with a hand-engraved harbor scene depicting traditional Lake Geneva barques, a process that demanded roughly 150 hours of work. Only one such watch was produced.
