Created for the 2023 Patek Philippe Tokyo exhibition, this unique pocket watch utilizes grisaille enamel au blanc de Limoges inspired by Japanese inrō cases. The design features a dark chestnut brown translucent enamel ground with imagery of water, a grasshopper, and the moon, alongside gold-applied figures requiring 13 firings. The opaque black Grand Feu enamel dial displays Breguet numerals and leaf hands, while the crown is set with a 0.35 ct black spinel. This is a one-of-a-kind piece.
