The 2020 Patek 4910/1200A serves as a refreshed version of the original 1999 Twenty~4 Ref. 4910/10A. The blue dial version, reference 4910/1200A-001, replaces the former Roman numerals with applied gold Arabic numerals and substitutes the diamond markers with trapeze-shaped gold ones. This model is equipped with the quartz caliber E15.
