The TAG Heuer Monaco Evergraph CEW5181.FT8123, launched in 2026, is a 40mm grade 5 titanium chronograph powered by the new Calibre TH80-00, featuring a revised square case profile, open display architecture, and a compliant-mechanism chronograph instead of conventional levers and springs. The case (40mm x 14.51mm, 22.59mm lug distance) has fine-brushed, polished, and sand-blasted finishes; the transparent dial exposes the inverted movement (barrel, gear train, balance, escapement) with blue opaline counters at 3 and 9 for the 30-minute chronograph and running seconds, and openworked rhodium-plated hands with red lacquer accents. The COSC-certified Calibre TH80-00 (47 jewels, 5Hz, 70h reserve) uses a TH-Carbonspring oscillator and a LIGA-based bistable reset/start-stop mechanism, and the watch is water-resistant to 100m, on a blue rubber strap with grey stitching and a titanium folding clasp with push-buttons.
