The L101.2 manually wound calibre features an intricate chronograph/rattrapante mechanism on the movement side, utilizing two column wheels for precise elapsed or lap-time measurements. The rattrapante clamp and switching processes are visible through the sapphire-crystal caseback. The movement offers a 58-hour power reserve and utilizes an in-house screw balance with a free-sprung hairspring, operating at a frequency of 21,600 semi-oscillations per hour (3 hertz). Chronograph functions include a column wheel and rattrapante.
