Caliber 9R96 is a self-winding Spring Drive movement equipped with a GMT function and a column-wheel chronograph. Like traditional mechanical watches, it derives power from a mainspring wound by a rotor or crown, which drives the gear train while a rotor generates electricity to power the quartz oscillator and electronic circuit, finished with a power reserve indicator.
