
As the first Omega chronograph to attain METAS certification, this movement debuted at BaselWorld 2016 in the Seamaster Planet Ocean, replacing the 9301. It features a column wheel, Co-Axial escapement, 15,000-gauss magnetic resistance, and Master Chronometer testing. The construction includes a silicon balance-spring, dual series barrels, bidirectional winding, a time zone function, and an 18K Sedna™ gold rotor and balance bridge with arabesque Geneva waves.
