P.2005

The P.2005 is Panerai's inaugural in-house tourbillon movement, incorporating a 12-hour second time zone, a 24-hour indicator, and a rear-facing power reserve display. Its unique tourbillon rotates on an axis perpendicular to the balance wheel, completing a full revolution every 30 seconds to enhance precision. While hidden from the dial, the tourbillon is visible through the case back, with a small rotating disc on the dial indicating its operation.
