The P.2006 is a hand-wound mechanical chronograph derived from the P.2004, featuring an added split-seconds function operated by a 10 o'clock pusher for measuring simultaneous events. It offers an 8-day power reserve with a linear indicator and utilizes a second column wheel and dual center wheels for the split-seconds mechanism. The movement includes a seconds reset device that stops the balance and snaps the seconds hand to zero when the crown is pulled, allowing for precise synchronization.
