Developed from the automatic P.4000, the P.4001 calibre retains key features like the bi-directional off-center micro-rotor, a 3-day power reserve from two series-linked barrels, a balance stop mechanism for precise time setting, and a stable twin-supported balance bridge. Additional functions include a date display, a GMT central hand for a second time zone, an am/pm indicator within the small seconds dial, and a power reserve indicator located on the movement bridge.
