Designed for P.5000 models without small seconds, this 15¾ ligne (35.7 mm) by 4.5 mm movement comprises 127 parts and 21 jewels. It operates at 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations/hour) and features a design reminiscent of vintage movements with a concealed main plate and bridges. The variable inertia balance uses timing screws for adjustment, avoiding curb pins, while the balance bridge utilizes threaded rings to adjust endshake for shock resistance. A 192-hour (8-day) power reserve is provided by two series-coupled barrels, allowing for thinner, longer springs that deliver energy with greater consistency.
