P.9100/R

The P.9100/R is a Regatta-focused evolution of the P.9100 automatic chronograph. While it shares the same 13¾ ligne diameter, column wheel, vertical clutch, and flyback architecture, it is thicker at 9.55 mm and contains 328 parts—32 more than the base model—to accommodate the Regatta countdown function. Controlled by pushers at 4 and 10 o'clock, the countdown allows the central minute hand to be set backward; once started, the hands track the remaining time until the race begins, then continue to measure elapsed time. A taller column wheel and an additional plate facilitate the countdown's complex mechanical operation.
