The 1142 is an in-house Vacheron Constantin movement derived from the Lemania 2310, following the acquisition of rights via Roger Dubuis and Richemont. Comprising 21 jewels and 164 parts, it debuted in the ladies Harmony Chronograph Small Model as the successor to the partially in-house caliber 1141. Chronograph: Column wheel chronograph.
