Introduced in 2026, the Panerai Submersible Navy SEALs Afniotech Experience PAM01089 is a 35-piece limited edition in a 47mm Afniotech case—a metal with over 95% hafnium, making its first watchmaking appearance here. The watch pairs this with 100 bar water resistance (approximately 1,000 metres, with testing beyond the rating), a GMT function, Navy SEALs theming, and the automatic P.9010/GMT movement with two barrels and a three-day power reserve. It features reinforced Submersible architecture with a titanium case back and sapphire crystal, a unidirectional bezel with a laser-engraved 15-minute scale, square teeth, and a luminous 12 o'clock marker, a rectangular crown, and a dial/bezel using Super-LumiNova X2 with blue (bezel dot, minute hand) and green (other elements) glow; the display includes hours, minutes, small seconds, date, and 12-hour GMT, and it comes on an anthracite textile strap with titanium buckle, with owners invited to a three-day Navy SEALs Experience in Florida in March 2027.
